What the job involves
- We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-first Executive & Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis out of our San Francisco office
- This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of executive support, office management, and people operations — making it a great fit for someone who thrives on variety and loves keeping things running smoothly
- You'll report directly to the Sr. Manager, People Operations & Talent Acquisition, and work closely with our CEO on a day-to-day basis. From keeping the office stocked and welcoming to helping the CEO stay organized to supporting team culture initiatives, you'll be a key part of what makes this place work
- Keep the office stocked and tidy, including managing the fridge, pantry, and general supply inventory
- Maintain a clean, welcoming office environment on a daily basis
- Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings, events, and presentations
- Liaise with building management and vendors as needed
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings with precision and care
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparation materials, agendas, and follow-ups
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to help the CEO stay focused and effective
- Triage and route communications as needed
- Support the planning and execution of company offsites, team events, and culture initiatives
- Assist with People Ops projects as they arise, from onboarding logistics to special programs
- Help create a great in-office experience for employees and guests

Maintaining a seamless supply chain is essential to the success of most businesses, with procurement teams being responsible for sourcing new suppliers, analysing inventory data, and generating forecasts. However, analysing such data requires the repetitive and specialist work of data engineers for both parties, making the sourcing process time-consuming.
Craft.co provides a procurement and supply chain analytics platform, integrating with other supply chain platforms to track inventories and produce forecasts. The platform allows users to save and organise thousands of suppliers in a portfolio, and source new suppliers in minutes based on over 450 data points, leveraging automatic insights to assess for risk and ensure requirements are met.
The main challenge Craft.co will face is the range of AI-driven supply chain analytics platforms appearing on the market, but the company uniquely combines such technology with a real-time analytics-driven procurement marketplace. Furthermore, Craft.co's 2023 round of funding will help it to rocket-boost its new focus on analytic, cloud-based collaboration, and management workflow capabilities.
