Who you are
- Proven experience in partner management, alliances, or ecosystem roles
- Background in consulting, IT services, digital transformation, or enterprise platforms
- Track record of building and executing joint GTM strategies
- Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex buying centers
- Ideally, you are based in one of the following regions: Rhine-Main, Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, or Cologne/Bonn
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures
- Understanding of OT environments in manufacturing, production, or logistics
- Knowledge of transformation programs and change management
- Ability to connect business strategy, IT, and operations
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
- High credibility with partners and enterprise stakeholders
- Strong communication and alignment skills
- Platform-first, ecosystem-oriented mindset
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structures that scale

- As Partner Manager – Consulting & IT Service Providers, you will lead one of the most strategic partner landscapes at Wandelbots, turning partnerships into a core growth and credibility lever
- You own the strategy, enablement, and success of Wandelbots’ consulting and IT service provider ecosystem. Your goal is to:
- Build deep, trusted partnerships
- Create joint go-to-market strategies
- Ensure successful execution in customer engagements
- Enable partners to grow their business on top of the Wandelbots platform
- Help enterprises regain competitiveness through Physical AI
- This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, delivery, and ecosystem scale. Reporting to: Head of Sales
- WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Strategic Partner Ownership
- Own and develop relationships with consulting firms, transformation partners, and IT service providers and system integrators
- Act as the single point of accountability for partner success
- Position Wandelbots as a platform partner, not a vendor
- Ensure alignment with Wandelbots’ enterprise and platform strategy
- Joint Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute joint GTM plans with key partners
- Align on target industries and enterprise accounts, value propositions and messaging, and roles in direct vs. partner-led motions
- Support co-selling, co-marketing, and executive-level positioning
- Ensure pipeline creation and deal progression through partners
- Partner Enablement & Capability Building
- Enable partners to understand and position the Wandelbots platform
- Enable partners to sell Physical AI and IT–OT transformation at executive level
- Enable partners to deliver PoVs and scaled rollouts successfully
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and certification
- Ensure partners can deliver enterprise-grade outcomes, not just projects
- Execution Quality & Customer Success Alignment
- Ensure partner-led engagements meet enterprise architecture standards, security and governance expectations, and Wandelbots’ platform integrity
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Project.Studio
- Prevent long-running pilots without business ownership
- Ensure a clear path from PoV to platform adoption
- Ecosystem Growth & Long-Term Scale
- Help partners grow their own services, offerings, and revenue based on Wandelbots
- Create win-win models where partners scale delivery and transformation, customers gain competitiveness, and Wandelbots benefits from adoption and recurring platform usage
- Continuously evolve the partner model toward non-linear scale

Our take
Industrial robots hve transformed manufacturing, allowing mass production at unporecendented speed and precision. But as robots have become more capable, they have also become more complex and significantly harder to programs. That growing skill gap is what Wandelbot is setting out to address.
Wandelbots' app allows for accessible robotics programming to be done by almost anyone - drastically lowering the cost for manufacturers. One of its unique features is its ‘TracePen’ - a physical tool that connects to the app and allows you to demonstrate an action (such as welding a new seam) onto the workpiece for the robot to follow.
Wandelbots is a market leader - it’s won awards from Tech Crunch and Forbes, and counts the likes of Volkswagen and BMW among its clients. Looking forward, it wants to bring in developer tools to help developers create their own robotics teaching softwares.
