- Experience working in small and large organizations
- Capable of making critical decisions under pressure and prioritizing projects based on strategic business objectives
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and team members
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI preferred
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies preferred
What the job involves
- ICapital is looking for a talented Marketing Measurement and Analytics Manager, Vice President, to join our Digital Marketing team and help make data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing efforts
- This pivotal role within our Marketing and Communications Organization reports to the Center of Excellence lead, driving innovation in our shared services framework
- Develop and implement measurement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives
- Analyze marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to define and measure success of marcom campaigns
- Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to gather and analyze data
- Leverage advanced and predictive analytic techniques to forecast trends and optimize marketing strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data and Analytics team to ensure alignment and integration of insights
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics
