Role
Who you are
- Previous experience in performance marketing, either from a working student role, internship, or previous job
- A strong interest in performance marketing and digital advertising
- Basic knowledge or experience with Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads
- Knowledge of tools such as Analytics, Google Suite and the various Ads Managers
- An eye for content quality, understanding what makes engaging static and video ads
- Good written skills to support content creation for ads and marketing campaigns
- Motivated, detail-oriented team player who is eager to grow
- Familiarity with UGC in paid advertising is a plus
- Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of campaign performance metrics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Native in German and fluent in English (written and spoken)
What the job involves
- Our marketing team is focused on performance-driven growth, leveraging paid media, data analysis, and creative strategies to acquire new users
- To support our expansion, we are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager to help manage acquisition campaigns, oversee content needs, and contribute to key marketing projects
- Manage the acquisition channels – Manage and optimize our user acquisition channel, such as paid social media (Meta, Pinterest)
- Campaign execution & optimization – Launch, monitor, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns to improve performance and achieve company objectives
- Content creation support – Coordinate ad creatives (static & video ads) by requesting, overseeing, and ensuring high-quality assets for campaigns
- UGC (User-Generated Content) Management – Source, organize, and deploy UGC ads to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads, offline marketing, and other acquisition channels
- Strategic user acquisition support – Assist in various user acquisition projects to help the company achieve growth objectives

As life has gotten more and more busy, ready meals have increased in popularity, but today’s consumers choosing convenience do not want to sacrifice nutrition or taste. In response, Juit provides meal boxes of chef-cooked meals, developed by nutrition experts.
There is no shortage of online meal providers, but many use sign-ups and weekly delivery as their only option for customers. Juit does not follow a subscription model, allowing consumers to tailor their meal boxes easily, with dish recommendations every week and a variety of sizes. As meals are frozen, there is no threat of food waste from overordering or skipping days.
Juit is a project of the Oetker Group, one of Europe’s largest food and beverage conglomerates, launched as a part of their shift towards a digital future for food products.
