- Advanced proficiency in ChatGPT, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and presentation software
- Tech savvy, comfortable learning and navigating new platforms quickly
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy

What the job involves
- We are seeking a high-energy, highly organized Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative and operational support to our CEO.
- This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a positive and productive office environment
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and meeting logistics
- Prepare and update professional presentations, reports, and slide decks
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Serve as the point of contact for NYC office vendors, office supplies, and facilities coordination
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the CEO
- Support cross-departmental projects and track deliverables
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional communications
- Confidently use modern workplace tools and platforms, including ChatGPT, Slack, Google Workspace, and other applications used by the CEO
