- Expert relationship builders who can quickly connect and empathise with potential partners (restaurants, convenience stores, bakeries and more)
- Confident cold-callers - we are heavily reliant on making outreach over the phone so you need be ready to make high volumes of calls

- What you should have:
- We are looking for candidates with some sales or business development experience, where you have pitched and closed opportunities over the phone and/or in person. We’re looking for:
- Experience in cold-calling, demonstrating the resilience and motivation to achieve high call volumes
- Experience managing your own sales pipeline and prioritising prospects based on insights
- A genuine motivation to contribute to our mission
- Self-motivation and the drive to achieve results
- First class communication skills - from listening to presenting ideas and persuading
- Fully proficient in Spanish (being also fluent in Catalan will be a plus!)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A drive to achieve strong individual results while also helping your team succeed
What the job involves
- You're eager to build connections and grow our community by signing up cafes, convenience stores, bakeries, and any other independent food retailers
- You’re the first contact person of the store and will be doing a lot of cold acquisition, primarily on the phone, email and in person visits
- You will introduce potential partners to the world of Too Good To Go, train them how to use the app and advise them on finding the best possible solution for food waste
- You will work with the team to research the market to find interesting prospects, identify decision-makers and generate interest in Too Good To Go

Our take
With more than one-third of food wasted in shops and restaurants, tonnes of otherwise quality goods are unnecessarily lost. Too Good To Go connects customers to restaurants and stores that have unsold, surplus food, offering steep discounts. Through this, businesses can sell surplus meals that would've otherwise gone to waste, and the environment wins as no food is wasted.
The company has certainly found its niche with sustainability-conscious consumers (a group that is growing in size as environmentally-focused consumers get more spending power). Too Good To Go's app has over 90M users across 18 countries and 215,000+ partners including retailers, hotels and restaurants such as ALDI, Carrefour, Accor and YO! Sushi.
The company is also creating a food waste movement website intended to be an informative source of knowledge regarding the issue. This is part of a wider strategy at raising awareness of the food waste problem, to get more users on board and further help the planet.
