What the job involves
- We are seeking a customer-focused, passionate, and enthusiastic person to join the team in Aira's Commercial Contact Centre, based within our flagship Northwest hub
- Our Commercial Contact Centre is the first point of contact for Aira customers, and so the ability to communicate effectively with energy, enthusiasm, and integrity is essential. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and booking sales and survey visits for Aira's team of Clean Energy Experts
- The role is based in Aira's Northwest hub in Trafford Park, and is 40 hours per week. The role requires shifts covering evenings and weekends, with all work based in the office
- Answer customer Inquiries and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner
- Booking sales and survey visits
- Provide customers with in-depth information about our company, products and services
- Stay up to date with product and service changes, promotions, and updates to provide accurate information to customers - you will never stop learning in this role!
- Efficiently manage and maintain booking schedules using the company's CRM system
Our take
Furnaces and air conditioners used in many homes are massive greenhouse emitters, which is a significant problem for our climate. Meet Aira, who are manufacturing and selling energy-efficient and climate-friendly alternatives. It’s not just energy efficiency that is driving the heat pump market; heating cost reductions of up to 40% paired with CO2 emission reductions of up to 75% combine to make air source heat pumps much better value for money.
Aira’s heat pump technology is infused with software that allows it to adapt and regulate to the unique environments in which it’s installed. Affordable payment plans are just another incentive to switch to a cleaner energy source.
Aira’s focus at present is the European market. Its 2024-raised 64 million euros will accelerate the production of Aira pumps in Poland-based plants, whilst focusing its expansion efforts on Germany, Italy and the UK. The substantial capital raise will also help the company develop new products and services for its customers.
