What the job involves

As a Staff Engineer at Bally’s you will leverage your technical expertise, extensive experience, and deep domain knowledge to provide technical leadership across the Excite platform
You will play a key role in shaping the technological direction of our platform, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and long-term strategy
Defining, leading, and overseeing high-priority and complex initiatives, which can be either technical projects or collaborations with product managers to drive product initiatives
Collaborating with the team of Staff Engineers to facilitate technology management activities across the Excite platform, including technology strategy, prioritisation, sizing processes, and solution design through RFC and ADR processes
Ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and meet high-quality standards. Expect to be hands-on during the initiatives that you’ll be working on, throughout the whole SDLC – developing, testing, deploying
