Technical Customer Success Manager, 12Twenty

• 4-6 years in customer success, account management, sales, and/or project management
• Ability to manage a large portfolio of clients and demonstrated ability to grow accounts
• Strong cross-functional skills, including the ability to motivate and influence internal team members to meet business objectives (e.g. implementation, product, sales, engineering, support)
• Ability to think on your feet and quickly grasp new concepts
• Confidence in making decisions and recommendations
• Bachelor’s degree

• We are looking for a savvy Customer Success Manager to help us optimize our employer customer experience—ultimately creating loyal, repeat customers and driving company growth
• Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for employers using 12twenty to connect with top talent, building strong relationships and ensuring they achieve their hiring goals
• Own client retention and minimize churn by helping employers realize the value of 12twenty’s platform and how it meets their recruiting and hiring needs
• Proactively identify and manage expansion opportunities within existing employer accounts and collaborate with 12twenty’s Partnerships team on strategic growth initiatives
• Prepare and facilitate virtual and in-person account reviews, training sessions, webinars, demos, and other strategic engagements tailored to employer users
• Educate employer customers on best practices for maximizing their recruiting success through 12twenty’s tools and technology
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the employer success function, share findings with leadership, and implement changes to improve efficiencies
