Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of field marketing experience with direct ownership of EMEA programs, campaigns, and events
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience executing a range of field marketing formats sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, partner events, and ABM programs — across multiple EMEA markets
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo; experience with Bizzabo or a comparable event management platform
- Ability and genuine enthusiasm for international travel, with availability to support 20+ events per year across the EMEA region
- Business-level fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus
- Are energized by building — you see an undefined market presence not as a lack of infrastructure, but as an opportunity to create something that lasts
- Operate with high autonomy — you're comfortable making decisions without a full playbook, and you know how to escalate what matters while moving forward on everything else
- Think in pipeline, not just programs — you connect field activity to revenue outcomes and hold yourself accountable to both
- Are a natural collaborator who knows how to work across time zones, cultures, and functions — rallying sales, partners, and a remote team around a shared goal
- Bring equal parts strategic thinking and operational excellence — you can zoom out to set a regional approach and zoom back in to make sure the signage is right at an event in Amsterdam
- Have genuine fluency in the mid-market and enterprise landscape, particularly when it comes to engaging heads of marketing and agency decision-makers
- Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to help us build and own Webflow's field marketing presence across Europe - creating the programs, relationships, and a regional playbook that will fuel our next phase of growth
- This is a rare opportunity to be the person who builds Webflow's field marketing motion in EMEA from the ground up
- You won't be inheriting a playbook — you'll be helping to author it
- As our first field marketing hire in the region, you'll have the ownership, resources, and support of a talented North America-based events team behind you, a London-based cross-functional sales and marketing team beside you, and you’ll operate with the autonomy and entrepreneurial energy that comes with being boots on the ground in a high-growth market
- Reporting to the Manager, Field Marketing
- Own the strategy, planning, and execution of Webflow's EMEA field marketing programs — including third-party sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner events — while contributing to select global programs and initiatives
- Build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) plans in close partnership with the EMEA sales team, ensuring field programs are directly mapped to pipeline goals and top-account engagement
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with EMEA sales leadership, acting as the connective tissue between field marketing activity and revenue outcomes in the region
- Manage program budgets end-to-end — building forecasts, tracking spend, and consistently delivering programs on or under budget without sacrificing quality
- Work cross-functionally with agencies, vendors, and contractors to bring events and programs to life, serving as the primary point of accountability for EMEA event quality and experience
- Track, measure, and report on field marketing performance across the region — including pipeline contribution, event ROI, and account engagement — and use those insights to continuously sharpen the regional strategy
- Help shape the global field marketing playbook by bringing EMEA learnings, market nuance, and regional best practices back to the broader team
