Role
Who you are
- Proven outbound experience: At least 1-2 years’ experience in a BDR/SDR or similar role with consistent success in customer acquisition
- SaaS sales background: Familiarity with selling technology solutions; real-estate industry experience is a plus but not required
- MEDDICC/MEDDPICC expertise: Comfortable applying a structured qualification methodology
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent French is an advantage
- Based in or around London and open to occasional trips to our Munich HQ
- Self-starter who thrives in a hybrid/remote setup, eager to learn and grow into larger sales responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; quick to build rapport and listen actively
What the job involves
- Step into the driver’s seat of Alasco’s international growth as our Business Development Representative, UK (m/f/d)
- Reporting directly to the Head of Sales for Europe, you’ll be the spark that ignites new business - uncovering opportunities, starting high-value conversations, and opening doors with real estate developers and asset managers shaping large-scale international projects
- This is an impactful role: you’ll own the first stage of our customer journey, mastering cold outreach and creative campaigns to generate qualified pipeline across a dynamic market
- Partner closely with marketing and sales leadership, experiment with fresh strategies, and gain front-row exposure to both mid-market and enterprise deals as you help drive Alasco’s expansion across the UK
- Be the market opener: Own outbound prospecting for the UK, identifying the developers and asset managers shaping projects from €10M to €1B+
- Spark conversations that matter: Pick up the phone, craft clever emails, and use social channels to turn cold outreach into meaningful business discussions every day
- Qualify like a pro: Uncover pain points and business drivers, applying MEDDICC/MEDDPICC to spot high-value opportunities and set Alasco up for success
- Be Alasco’s voice on the ground: Represent us at trade shows, industry events, and occasional in-person meetings across the UK
- Fuel the pipeline with precision: Keep CRM data crisp, share insights from the field, and help shape the strategy for international expansion

Alasco is targeting real estate project managers and other stakeholders with its cloud-based platform which makes it easier to connect financial data as well as ESG criteria, to ensure that both costs and sustainability efforts are managed.
Having launched in 2018, Alasco has been scaling up rapidly, winning high profile customers across the construction and real estate development sectors including Hines, Curlew, and GARBE. The company has had little trouble in securing major funding either, which it’s using to quickly expand its headcount.
