  • 5+ years of sales experience in technology, fintech, or digital assets with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, proof of stake networks, and the broader digital asset ecosystem
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex, long-term sales cycles
  • Experience building and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline with demonstrated ability to forecast accurately
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and other modern sales tools
  • Existing network within the crypto/blockchain industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills with ability to establish trust at all levels
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal

What the job involves

  • We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive growth through Figment's industry-leading staking services across North America
  • This role will focus on developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients interested in digital asset staking solutions while providing excellent account management to existing customers
  • As a key member of our sales team, you'll work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and customer success to ensure client satisfaction and drive adoption of our staking infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across North America, including exchanges, custodians, wallets, and other crypto-native businesses
  • Drive business growth through Figment's staking services across all supported networks (Ethereum, Cosmos, Polkadot, Solana, and 50+ others)
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce to meet quarterly growth targets
  • Create detailed proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of staking to different types of clients
  • Provide comprehensive post-sale support and account management, including regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews
  • Work closely with our Sales Engineering team to ensure smooth technical implementations
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to advocate for client needs and provide market feedback
  • Represent Figment at industry events and conferences as a thought leader in the staking space
  • Manage inbound requests and resolve client concerns efficiently through clear communication and follow-up
  • Track industry trends and maintain deep knowledge of the staking ecosystem to provide strategic guidance to clients
  • In addition to collaborating with other Sales, team members, this role will collaborate most often with our Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success team
