Role
Who you are
- You're a graduate or equivalent who is looking to pursue a career in sales and/or business development
- You can demonstrate solid consultative selling skills
- You have experience using and maintaining CRMs
- You can demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to exceed targets and contribute to the company’s success
- You have excellent organisational and time-management skills

- You are a team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments
What the job involves
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients within the global school sector
- Market Research: Conducting thorough market research on accounts in order to tailor your outreach strategies
- Outreach and Engagement: Reaching out to potential leads through various channels including phone, email, and social media, ensuring that all communications are personalised and relevant
- Appointment Setting: Qualifying leads through effective communication and needs assessment, setting appointments for the sales team with decision-makers at educational institutions
- CRM Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, outreach efforts, and appointment details in the company’s CRM system
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analysing your outreach efforts and appointment-setting success, using data to refine strategies for improved performance
- Collaboration: Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in strategies and to share insights that could contribute to overall success
- Feedback and Improvement: Providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and the success of different outreach strategies, using this information to drive continuous improvement
