Enterprise Account Executive, Persuit

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets through both outbound prospecting and inbound leads
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you’re confident presenting to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-party sales cycles
• The ability to self-motivate and stay organized while managing a variety of opportunities and priorities
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from a high-performing team

• We’re growing our Sales team and are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join us. In this role, you’ll focus on expanding our footprint across the world's leading in-house legal teams by introducing legal leaders to the value of PERSUIT’s technology. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional eager to build relationships with enterprise customers and drive revenue in a high-growth environment
• Drive New Business: Proactively identify and engage potential enterprise clients through outbound efforts and support from our GTM teams
• Manage the Sales Cycle: Own deals from initial outreach through to close, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless buyer experience
• Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and present tailored solutions that align with their legal operations strategy
• Build Stakeholder Relationships: Develop strong relationships with legal operations leaders, General Counsels, and other decision-makers
• Pipeline Development: Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline with consistent coverage to support quota achievement
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support client needs and influence roadmap discussions
• Stay Informed: Keep up with trends in legal tech, procurement, and enterprise software to inform your outreach and value positioning
