Role
Who you are
- Experienced Digital Product Manager. It's your bread and butter
- Excited by the prospect of working on an innovative, AI-driven product
- Able to analyse data and identify trends to communicate with and influence stakeholders across the business
- Passionate about digital product, including the potential of conversational AI to change how customer experiences are delivered
- Comfortable making trade-offs. You know how to build a pragmatic roadmap, making trade offs between business and customer needs and speed vs quality
- Competent switching between providing support, coaching and challenging the business teams
- You know your Agile from your agile and can be an evangelist for the approach across the business
Desirable
- Experience working with Chat, Chatbot or AI products
- Experience working with customer services and/ or operational teams
- Experience working with international teams or a ‘hub and spoke’ model
What the job involves
- You will work across two interlinked products - Chat (a discussion a user has with a customer services agent online) and Bot (an automated digital companion)
- For Chat, you’ll be leading the charge; responsible for the experience across all five of our markets, including defining the strategy, roadmap and managing the backlog and working with our Commercial, Technology and local country teams to do so
- For Bot, you’ll work closely with the Senior Product Manager to set the strategy and define the roadmap, as well as being responsible for operational performance and reporting across the business, and managing the backlog
