What the job involves
- We’re looking for a fearless Business Development Manager for the EMEA region to join the Tebex team, spreading the word about our innovative platform and driving revenue to exciting new heights
- As Tebex’s Business Development Manager, you'll focus on identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities, building strong partnerships, and educating others about Tebex and its products

- Manage the entire sales cycle, act as the primary point of contact, and coordinate internal support as needed
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to high-value clients and communicate Tebex’s full offering to new customers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities in the gaming sector
- Build compelling prospect engagement strategies
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners and clients
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Provide market intelligence and analysis, identifying key opportunities for growth
- Attend local conferences and events on behalf of Tebex/Overwolf
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Maintain CRM integrity by keeping calls, actions, and progress properly logged
- Represent Overwolf at local events and support regional business development efforts
- Support the company’s local business needs as necessary

Our take
As gaming becomes more and more popular, the trend in user-generated content, such as mods, is also on the rise. Overwolf wants to empower the creators of such content with a platform that supports the building of apps and publishing of mods, as well as the monetisation of these creations.
Through the platform, creators can develop apps with a range of capabilities, such as stat-trackers or gameplay capture tools. Then, they can track app downloads, engagement and reviews all from a single place. Mod developers have access to a complete toolset through which they can manage all their mods and add-ons, protect their content from unauthorised duplications and distribute with a wide range of revenue models.
On top of these tools for developers, the site acts as a marketplace for gamers to find the add-ons they want, connecting them to creations that can enhance their gaming experience. It expanded into the US in 2023, following a year in which it generated over $50 million in advertising revenue. In 2024, it acquired tech company NitroPay and doubled its audience to 100 million. Now supporting more than 1500 games, it's on an impressive trajectory and is certainly one to watch.
