Candidate Lead, Flatiron Health

• You're a customer service oriented cross-functional collaborator with a minimum 1 year working experience in a coordination, executive assistant or customer service role
• You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day

• You have experience with heavy calendaring for multiple individuals or teams (strong Google email/calendar/doc skills)
• You have very strong writing and communication skills and have the ability to work across a variety of stakeholders, including executives, and are able to work with a spectrum of personalities
• You are passionate about customer service and are able to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
• You are strategic about your approach to being organized and pay a high attention to detail; you are able to manage a high volume of candidates effectively
• You have the ability to think on your feet, change or adapt to ambiguous situations and juggle multiple priorities at once
• You have an interest in a career in HR/Talent Acquisition
• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• You are passionate about healthcare and the fight against cancer

• In this role, you'll work with the Global Talent Acquisition Team to hire the world class group of professionals that make our goals achievable
• You'll work with hiring managers across our myriad of teams, including international, as the candidate advocate for every person interviewing at Flatiron
• You’ll also coordinate each step of a candidate’s interview cycle from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, professional, and high quality interview experience for all candidates
• Arrange a high volume of interviews for candidates - Initiating and managing the full cycle for the interview coordination process
• Manage Flatiron’s constantly growing and changing interview calendar effectively to enable Flatiron to achieve our hiring goals
• Communicate internally and externally - From initial outreach when a candidate applies, to coordinating virtual interviews with the hiring team
• Help drive impact on the candidate experience as the first point of contact for candidates and be a resource throughout the recruitment process
• Engage and foster genuine relationships and regularly following up in between the various steps of the interview process
• Recommend and drive process improvements and documentation
• Update our Applicant Tracking System with all notes and relevant information to each candidate
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure candidates are moved through the recruitment process seamlessly
• Hold interviewers and hiring managers accountable to entering feedback and making decisions in a timely manner
• Own and the entire candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
