Who you are

This role is to lead the growing media offering within our agency, and so therefore are we looking with at least 6 years experience devising and delivering media strategies for major clients
You will build and own key client relationships for the business, helping to make mission critical decisions on a regular basis

What the job involves

Collective are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to help shape our media team, delivering major campaigns across our mix of world-class clients.
This is a senior role, charged with driving industry-leading results to key media campaigns: from helping a leading Formula One team to connect with passionate fans, to winning market share in the global car rental market, as well as helping one of Europe’s largest renewable energy producers to flourish.
If you are someone who wants to not just execute media planning, but drive the way in which an exciting agency engages and communicates around media, then this role could well be for you.
Pragmatic Decision-Maker: Navigate media and strategy challenges by making practical decisions based on available information
Clear Communicator: Explain campaign approaches, brief creative teams, and present results with clarity
Inquisitive Mind: Thrive on asking “why” and seek to understand the mechanisms driving trends, not just reporting them
Logical and Rational: Ensure a logical thread from business objectives to budget management and campaign performance analysis
