Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS, membership or services based business
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management or Sales position
- Highly Motivated individual looking to make an impact in a new role
- Excellent Communication Skills: Confident speaking to all kinds of people from different industries
- Confident Moderator: Ability to moderate conversations and facilitate successful resolution for all parties
Desirable
- Experience developing or enhancing process to customer journey to improve satisfaction and ultimately improve client retention
- Experience of the startup ecosystem
- Experience developing or enhancing internal processes to benefit the operational effectiveness of the team
- Target driven individual
What the job involves
- Facilitating relationships between member groups
- Solely responsible for delivery of the key function within our premium membership
- Engage with members who are both Founders and Board Advisors / NEDs; responsible for pairing professionals with businesses that need their services
- Managing members globally, with a focus on the UK and US
- Conduct customer research via company CRM, pairing advisors with suitable founders within our network and facilitating these placements through introductions
- Keep abreast of developments within the portfolio space and speak confidently around someone's career and future ambitions
- Conduct administration within our CRM to effectively track and record customer progress
- Acting as a key member of a new team that has lots of potential for growth
- Liaise with our founder & advisor acquisition team to help streamline their processes and target the most valuable customer profiles
