Who you are
- Professional experience with Ruby on Rails
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and web fundamentals

What the job involves
- Building and improving Charlie, a modern Rails app that’s a joy to work on
- Working on the marketing side of the site to support and facilitate marketing efforts
- Be part of a cross-functional team with members of the marketing and growth team
- Work with developers of all experience levels, with opportunities to learn and share learnings

Scaling a small business is hard, and one thing founders and early employees don't want to have to think too much about is the admin behind growing a team.
With the increasing number of startups in the UK, Charlie HR have a growing market to capitalise on. The HR software space is a little crowded, so it will be important for them to keep their strong brand and focus on the niche they're in.
