Who you are

12+ years of software development experience
Excellent programming skills and hands-on experience with Python, C++
Experience designing and developing cloud microservices that are deployed and used at scale
Good understanding of distributed systems, data-structure and algorithms
Experience with Golang a plus
Energetic self-starter, with the desire to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
BS Computer Science required, MS Computer Science strongly preferred

What the job involves

Design and develop microservices that scale to billions of events
Contribute to architecture, design and implementation of next-generation foundational cloud services
Evaluate open source technologies to find the best fit for our needs, and contribute to some of them to meet our unique needs and help the community
Coordinate with other service development teams, product management and support teams to ensure scalability, supportability and availability for owned services and dependent services
