• We are seeking a skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team
• Reporting to the Director, Cloud Security & InfoSec, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing cloud and IT security support, implementing security measures, and monitoring the overall security of our company
• The Security Analyst will work closely with our Information Security and Compliance (ISC) and IT teams to ensure the protection of our cloud-based systems and data by monitoring for security threats, identifying vulnerabilities, investigating incidents, and implementing security controls under the guidance of senior security professionals
• This individual must be an excellent communicator and have strong collaboration skills to ensure that all security policies and procedures are being followed throughout the organization
• You will be a key contributor within the Trulioo Information Security team reporting to the Director of Cloud Security and InfoSec, assisting our security efforts across our network, products, platform, and organization
• Cloud Security Monitoring: Monitor cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for suspicious activity, access anomalies, and potential security breaches using cloud native security tools
• Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct regular scans to identify vulnerabilities in workstations, cloud systems and applications, and assist in prioritizing remediation actions
• Incident Response: Assist in investigating security incidents, collecting evidence, and coordinating response activities with relevant stakeholders
• Access Control Management: Review user access permissions in cloud environments and ensure adherence to least privilege principles
• Security Configuration Review: Verify the proper configuration of workstations, cloud security settings, including firewalls, network segmentation, and data encryption
• Log Analysis: Analyze SIEM logs from cloud platforms and security tools to detect potential threats and anomalies
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare security reports detailing asset inventory, identified risks, vulnerabilities, and remediation plans
• Security Awareness Training Support: Assist in developing and delivering security awareness training materials to employees regarding security best practices
• Escalation Support: Provide advanced escalation support for complex security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations
