What the job involves

We are building and scaling our engineering teams in London and we are looking for an experienced, hands-on Engineering Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to be one of our first Engineering Managers based in London and shape the future of our R&D teams in the site
You will join our new Analytics & Insights group, a greenfield domain at monday.com with huge demand
You'll deliver our first production-grade reporting to let users analyze data, spot trends, and scale insights seamlessly, plus build AI-first features beyond static analytics
This strategic role blends 0→1 product building, high customer need, and deep AI potential to unlock intelligence for millions
You'll work with experienced and highly talented engineers who are passionate about what they do, using cutting-edge technologies in a data- and impact-driven environment. We foster a culture of transparency, full ownership, teamwork, and a no-ego policy
Our engineering department is structured into specialized groups, each responsible for a critical domain within the monday.com product. With over 300 engineers, we operate in cross-functional teams, collaboratively defining, improving, building, and delivering features
Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of engineers, fostering collaboration, independence, and technical excellence
Shape architecture, product direction, and the future of AI-powered intelligence for millions of users
Drive end-to-end delivery of scalable features: architect systems, collaborate with Product/Design, and own everything from conception to post-deployment analysis
Evolve architecture and processes to handle massive scale (users, data, AI innovation) while setting strong engineering best practices
Work with our tech stack: React.js, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elasticsearch, Redis, MySQL (no prior experience required)
