Role
Who you are
- We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Analytics Lead – GTM & Customer Insights to join our team
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles
- Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data modeling and ETL tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Airflow)
- Proficiency with one or more BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience working with GTM teams and translating business questions into analytical solutions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to make data approachable for non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Experience in SaaS or customer-facing analytics roles
- Familiarity with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Exposure to CRM and GTM tooling (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
What the job involves
- This role will focus on leveraging customer operational data to drive actionable insights for our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, support account managers with data-driven narratives, and own our analytics infrastructure—including the ETL pipelines, SQL models, and BI tools
- While this position does not involve direct people management, the ideal candidate will be a collaborative partner to cross-functional teams, particularly sales, marketing, and customer success, helping them interpret and act on data
- Analyze customer operational data to surface insights on usage patterns, adoption trends, and engagement metrics
- Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to present data-driven stories that influence customer strategy and business outcomes
- Develop standardized and ad-hoc reports and dashboards tailored for account managers to use in customer engagements
- Own and maintain the company’s BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Build and maintain robust SQL-based data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and scalability
- Design and implement analytics processes that support repeatability and consistency across teams
- Serve as the analytics point of contact for GTM teams and customer account managers
- Enable non-technical users through training, documentation, and simplified access to relevant data sources
- Collaborate with data engineering to enhance our data warehouse and support new data ingestion needs
- Our team is expected to be in the office five days a week in Palo Alto, CA, we do not offer remote of hybrid work for this role
Our take
The healthcare system is under increasing pressure to improve performance and patient outcomes, while battling inefficient operations and an ongoing staff shortage. Hippocratic AI hopes to help the industry address these issues, by supplying LLM-powered healthcare agents.
Hippocratic's agents can be employed in a number of scenarios, for example follow-ups with discharged patients, health risk assessments, or pre-op chats. Rather than delivering one conversational agent, the company has specified models that deal with different conditions - just one part of its safety-focussed approach.
By taking measures such as getting real nurses to assess its AI, Hippocratic solidifies this commitment to safety. And it's seen significant investments which its using to further fund safety tests as well as develop its product. Most recently, it has partnered with EUCALIA to bring generative AI to Japan, putting the company on a good growth trajectory.
