What the job involves
- We are looking for an Engineering Manager, Designer Data to lead our Designer Data team
- You will be leading a world-class team tackling ambitious and complex challenges related to the storage, scaling, and syncing capabilities of our core product
- This will enable Webflow’s core site data to scale beyond our current needs, move us beyond the single-player foundations of our product, and drive transformational technology changes to our core Designer product
- Manage a full-stack team focused on scaling, stability, and evolving the foundations for our next era of product and customer growth
- Oversee the scoping and implementation of the roadmap, frameworks, and features related to the storage and syncing of core Designer data
- Collaborate with your team and cross-functional peers including across Engineering, Product, and Design to set goals and define engineering strategy
- Facilitate the development of the individuals on your team by identifying areas for improvement and helping them to grow in their careers with Webflow
- Drive goal-setting with your team and hold them accountable for results
- Help shape organizational processes and work with other Engineering Managers to continually evaluate how we can better support our reports and each other
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role
