Who you are
- A degree in a design or related field or the equivalent work experience
- Proven experience (5+ years) working as a graphic designer or marketing designer, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or creative agency environment
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Canva
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including digital and print materials
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to translate marketing objectives and messaging into visually compelling designs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and pushing creative boundaries
What the job involves
- As a Senior Marketing Designer, you will play a crucial role in visually communicating our brand message and promoting the Inbenta solution
- You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create engaging and impactful designs for various marketing channels, including digital and print
- Your designs will effectively convey our brand identity and value proposition
- Visual Branding: Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the brand guidelines
- Graphic Design: Create compelling and high-quality graphic designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, infographics, presentations, brochures, and signage
- Web Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly web assets, such as landing pages, banners, and other web graphics, to enhance user experience and drive engagement. Updating and maintaining the company website
- Print Collateral: Design print collateral, event signage, sell sheets, booth design for tradeshows and promotional materials, ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand and effectively communicate key messages
- Digital Assets: Create and optimize digital assets for various digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising
- Conceptualization: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, marketing videos and initiatives
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives
- Feedback and Iteration: Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions as necessary to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness

Inbenta is a conversational AI platform that provides natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning capabilities to businesses. It enables companies to create interactive and intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, and knowledge management systems to enhance customer support and engagement.
Inbenta began as a consultancy when its founder, Jordi Torras, recognized that companies weren't effectively leveraging their search technologies. Over time, it evolved into the conversational AI platform that it is today and now serves more than 250 brands across all industries, providing them with solutions to enhance customer support and engagement.
With backing from a number of investors, Inbenta is currently directing its efforts towards strategic hiring initiatives and expanding its processes and platform. This ambitious approach aims to fuel the company's growth within the conversational AI space.
