What the job involves
- Reports to: Operations Team Lead
- Work pattern: Multiple roles available, both full time permanent & 6-month fixed term contracts
- Our team is growing and we are looking for experienced Operations Coordinators to join our Medication team on either a 6 month fixed term contract, or a permanent basis
- We are looking for motivated individuals who want to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company with a client-centred approach
- Co-ordinating and providing welcome meetings for new clients enrolled into the service
- Booking in sessions and ensuring clients are clear on what to expect, when their appointment will take place and how to access the session
- Ensuring clients receive their pre-session forms and appointment information before the sessions that are booked into the system in a timely manner
- Liaising with clients to action any changes to appointments and diary management
- Ensuring reports are completed on time, formulated and professionally presented, quality checked and sent on to service users within agreed KPI’s
- Supporting the Operations Team Lead to ensure the smooth and efficient flow for clients through their ProblemShared journey
- Ensuring client records are maintained with up-to-date information
- Accurately recording client actions to allow for precise reporting
- Developing an understanding of the nuances of the different pathways available to ND clients to appropriately respond to client queries
- Managing clinician availability to ensure clients can access ND services in a timely manner
