What the job involves

We are hiring a Software Engineer to aid the design, build and maintenance of our market data environment and associated analytics. This hands-on position will attract those who are interested in working with complex architectures and keen to apply their problem-solving skills in a practical setting
The successful candidate will work alongside Pricing Quants and Risk Strats to productionise financial markets data and follow a proactive approach to service enhancements
Develop, support and productionise data and analytics which are integral to TradingHub's products
Enhance your understanding of financial markets and how market data is used within our key products
Contribute to tooling development for data lineage, governance and reporting purposes
Research data storage techniques and processing for large data sets
Utilise our in-house big data language for large-scale modelling and analysis
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve and understand critical production issues

Education & Learning - In addition to introducing annual training on diversity and inclusion, we regularly host sessions with speakers on a variety of topics. Recent topics covered include being transgender, living with autism, male allyship and being comfortable being uncomfortable.
