Cloud Support Technician, Global Screening Services

• If you’ve got at least a year of experience in IT support or service operations this could be a great next step
• You'll need strong analytical and problem-solving skills and will have worked with, or supported, AWS-based distributed systems such as Kubernetes
• At least 12 months’ experience in a service analyst, IT support, or operations role
• Exposure to AWS services (e.g. EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• Understanding of how distributed systems like Kubernetes work and how to monitor them
• Familiarity with service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn

• Assisting with service reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
• Helping manage service requests and escalations from internal users or clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the rollout of new features or services
