Who you are
- This position requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to ensure successful implementations while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Team Lead or Manager in a field implementation environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical proficiency in field implementation processes, preferably in industries such as technology or retail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Fluency in German & English is required
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Team Lead for our Field Implementation Consultants
- As the Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a team of Field Implementation Consultants responsible for on-site deployments of our products and services
- Lead and mentor a team of Field Implementation Consultants and Technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing
- Oversee the planning and execution of on-site implementations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize project efficiency
- Act as an escalation point for client issues, providing timely resolution and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations for on-site implementations
- Monitor and assess the performance of the Field Implementation Managers against key performance indicators
- Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines
- Work closely with project coordinators to ensure adequate staffing for on-site deployments
- Ensure that implemented solutions meet quality standards and client expectations
- Implement best practices for quality control during on-site installations
