Role
Who you are
- 2–4 years of experience in a hands-on marketing role with demonstrable multi-channel copywriting skills (newsletters, blogs, social captions)
- Proven experience curating UGC - proactive outreach to customers or brand partners to gather and organise content
- Comfortable reviewing ad performance data (CPA, ROAS, spend) and translating it into actionable creative decisions
- Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar) and analytics tools (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
Desirable
- Experience in or genuine passion for the UK hospitality scene - you understand the aesthetic and know how to speak to that audience
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite and Canva for basic asset creation
- Experience managing external marketing or paid media agencies.
What the job involves
- Content Execution - Plan and deliver the marketing calendar across posts, emails and updates. Write monthly newsletters, blogs and product launch emails on schedule
- Product & Feature Marketing - Work with commercial teams on new product and feature launches, developing content strategies and managing the operational side (site copy, links, email scheduling)
- UGC & Community - Liaise with our customer base of leading UK hospitality brands to encourage user-generated content, manage collection and organisation of UGC for ads and social, and build relationships that generate reviews and case studies
- Agency Management & Reporting - Own the relationship with our paid ads agency, review performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, spend) against targets, and ensure a constant stream of creative assets and briefs
- Social Support - Assist the social team with content scheduling and basic asset management
