What the job involves

Lead sales efforts with developers, consultants, and partners
Build strong, trust-based relationships across the property and development sector
Drive new business development and identify opportunities within BNG and the wider natural capital markets
Develop and execute a strategic plan to target, win, and grow relationships with a core set of high-value developers and partner organisations
Actively drive partnerships and strategic accounts, ensuring we become the long-term partner of choice for major clients
Report on pipeline, sales performance, and forecasts to the Board
Work collaboratively with the Operations team to ensure smooth delivery of projects and client satisfaction
Contribute to shaping how we use technology, AI, and automation to scale our business
