Role
Who you are
- 3-5 years in partner marketing, channel marketing, field marketing, or a similar execution-heavy marketing role. You ship things on time across multiple stakeholders
- Strong writer and creative storyteller. You can draft a press release, build a deck, and write a case study that doesn't read like a template
- Organized and calm under pressure. You keep launches on track when five teams and three time zones are involved, and you don't lose your cool when a partner pushes a date the week before launch
- Relationship builder. You're comfortable on calls with external partner stakeholders across cultures and geographies, and you know how to keep things moving without bulldozing
- Curious and experimental with AI. You're creative about how to use it, smart about when to leverage it, and diligent about making sure the end product meets our quality bar and doesn't sound like everything else out there
- Scrappy and resourceful. You figure things out rather than waiting for someone to tell you what to do
- Telco or carrier ecosystem experience is a plus, but not required. More important is the ability to learn a new industry fast
- Comfortable representing Hiya at events and in partner-facing settings

What the job involves
- Hiya's global partner portfolio spans mobile network operators, OEMs, and referral partners. These partnerships put Hiya's technology into the hands of hundreds of millions of people, and as the portfolio grows, so does the need for marketing that supports them
- Hiya is expanding into new international markets with new operator relationships, new partner motions, building awareness from scratch. This role sits at the intersection of a mature portfolio that needs operational excellence and a global expansion that needs someone ready to build. You'll move fast, use AI to punch above your weight, and hold a high quality bar across everything that goes out the door with Hiya's name on it
- You'll own partner marketing execution: launches, communications, enablement, co-marketing, and events. You'll partner closely with our Principal PMM, who owns the strategic narrative and positioning for the global partner ecosystem. Your job is to turn that strategy into the deliverables and programs that partners see and use
- The relationships you support generate the majority of Hiya's revenue. The materials you build are often the first thing a new partner sees. The work is visible, it matters, and you'll feel it
- Own launch execution across the partner portfolio. Manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and drive deliverables from kickoff through post-launch
- Write and manage partner communications: press releases (with our PR team), case studies, newsletters, social posts for Hiya and executive channels, and joint announcements. Own drafting, approval routing, and distribution
- Build and maintain partner-facing enablement: decks, one-pagers, battlecards, training content, and RFP marketing inputs. Keep everything current as positioning evolves
- Coordinate co-marketing with operator and OEM marketing teams. Build the relationships that make joint campaigns actually happen
- Support international expansion by building localized materials and go-to-market motions for new markets
- Bring creativity to how we tell partner launch stories. With 20+ partners, the easy path is formulaic. We need someone who finds the angle that makes each story distinct and knows how to lean in when a partner is especially engaged
- Keep the internal team informed and energized. Make sure the whole company knows when a big partner launch lands and celebrates the wins
- Build repeatable playbooks so this work scales with the business instead of depending on one person
- Work directly with Sales, BD, and Product on cross-functional partner motions

- Initial Screen: We confirm baseline alignment, role interest, relevant experience, and logistics
- Hiring Manager (HM) Screen: We evaluate role fit, expectations, and execution readiness
- Live Working Assignment: You'll complete a live, role-relevant assignment designed to reflect the kind of work you would do at Hiya. The assignment focuses on how you think, prioritize, and explain your approach. You'll review your work and discuss your reasoning with the interview panel
- Assignment-Based Interview Loop: Interviewers will explore how you think through the work, ask questions, respond to feedback, and adapt your approach. Each interviewer focuses on specific competencies and how you make decisions, navigate tradeoffs, and collaborate in real time
- Future Hiya Value Interview: An independent conversation focused on your long-term potential, judgment under ambiguity, and ability to create sustained value as scope and complexity increase
- Reference Check: As a final step, we connect with 2–3 past supervisors to gain additional perspective on your experience and working style, and to further understand how you align with Hiya’s values

Our take
Combining data analysis with machine learning, the Hiya platform helps businesses and individuals field calls and block spam numbers from calling them. Saving businesses time and potential security breaches, the company aims to resolidify trust in business calls, especially from unidentified numbers.
Founded in 2016, Hiya claims that in 2022, spam calls were up by more than 30% and that spam and fraud callers are becoming more sophisticated. With tech advances in cybercrime, the opposite is true, too. Hiya use AI to fight the tech used by scammers. Its most recent product is a personalised AI that analyses personal data and learns from the calls an individual takes and hangs up. This innovation will help Hiya stand out in a competitive security marketplace, though one that is mostly focused on internet safety and company data breaches. Hiya has the potential to reach a far larger client base than just businesses, and this key difference has helped it raise $18 million in funding so far.
Of course, cybercrime evolves with the times, and Hiya will have to continue innovating to keep pace with radical shifts in how AI is used to scam individuals. With a 2025 launch of an AI assistant designed to screen deep-fake scam calls and a 2026-announced partnership with Vodafone, it seems to be doing so.
