Role
Who you are
- Fluency in software engineering practices: Git, CI pipelines, DRY design, modular code, and testing
- Familiarity with both scientific and engineering environments, with a track record of building tools that serve both
- Hands-on experience validating predictive models
- Expert Python skills
- Proactive mindset - you’ve brought structure to unclear workflows and taught others how to do the same
Desirable
- Experience designing repositories to standardise contributions
- Experience with MLOps and engineering data pipelines for research teams
- Experience with image processing and Deep Learning, AI workflows
- Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g. Prefect, Airflow)
- Experience with artifact tracking pipelines (e.g. ML Flow, Weights & Biases)
