What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Digital Loans Product Manager who thrives on performance and knows how to showcase success. You’ll be a natural collaborator, working across the loans team and other experts across the bank to deliver incremental growth across our digital journeys
- Working with and empowering a team of specialists to seek out and solve problems that drive value and enhance the customer experience
- Driving incremental performance by understanding customer needs, generating demand and removing friction through our digital buying journeys through continuous optimisations
- Create and analyse digital journey performance using Adobe Analytics and Power BI - identifying trends and opportunities to optimise conversion and engagement
- Communicate performance stories effectively to collaborators, influencing decisions and celebrating achievement
- Ensure all change is effectively monitored and performance and impacts understood, whilst managing risk effectively with appropriate team members, governance, and controls
