Business Analyst, Scratchpay

• 1-2 years of experience in Management Consulting, Finance, or other similar roles
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex datasets ability to explain them to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in SQL and dataset analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment

• The Business Analyst will play a critical role in the success of our newly formed Commercial Operations team. You will join a small team with the opportunity to have a large impact on shaping the team and the impact we have in our first months
• We’re looking for someone who can play a strategic and operational role - bridging the skills between strategic project manager, data analyst, and Sales Operations / CRM specialists. This person will be able to effectively use data to identify, prioritize, and execute on the highest impact projects within our Sales funnel
• Idea-to-implementation: Analyze, pitch, and project manage implementation of key new Sales funnel processes that drive additional revenue and operational efficiency, working closely with Sales leadership and Sales team members
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Manage and analyze revenue data to provide actionable insights and reports that inform business decisions and forecasting. Assist creation, maintenance, and upward reporting against dashboards for KPIs such as pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, and sales efficiency reporting
• Process optimization & automation: Continuously identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement (e.g., lead management and scoring), leveraging automation and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce friction across revenue teams
• Ad-hoc analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making
