• We're looking for a detail oriented and process driven contractor to support our Panel Operations team by executing participant recruitment orders
• This is an operational execution role — you'll be responsible for placing and managing recruitment orders across our panel vendor network, ensuring studies are set up accurately, launched on time, and filled to target
• Place and manage orders across panel vendors
• Review and interpret customer requirements
• Monitor order progress and fulfillment, flagging issues or delays proactively
• Troubleshoot common fulfillment issues (e.g., low incidence, screener drop-off) and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation
• Support quality checks on responses submitted by participants
• Hours: 10 hours/week
