What the job involves
- As a Product Manager for the Dispatch Team at Snapsheet, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our assignment management system
- This includes how claims enter our system, how they are routed to the right adjuster at the right time, and how we help adjusters be as efficient as possible
- You'll work with an assignment engine algorithm that considers claim attributes to assign work and add it to adjusters' queues (work management or productivity system)
- In our fast-paced environment, you'll drive innovation, navigate change, and collaborate across teams to refine the platform, improve day-to-day operations, help adjusters prioritize work, automate tasks, and integrate communications, delivering valuable, user-friendly features
- A passion for learning and applying insights is essential as you balance rapid product discovery with reliable execution

- Roadmap Development: Prioritize and craft roadmaps that balance customer demand, market trends, and business goals

Our take
Snapsheet delivers end-to-end and modular cloud SaaS solutions for claims management, helping to digitize and automate the space. Its vast capabilities, including an AI-powered damage estimation tool, make claims processes easier to manage and less risk-prone for clients and providers alike.
In recent years, there has been a surge in interest in insurtech, which has certainly helped Snapsheet capture clients and support as it expands. As the sector continues to reassess procedures across the board, a further shift towards automation seems likely, driving yet more clients towards the kind of offerings that the company provides.
Certainly, Snapsheet has positioned itself well in the market, remaining a key player as the sector takes shape. On top of a successful 2022 - in which the company reported 63% year-over-year growth, and 54 new & expanded customer relationships - its focus remains on providing solutions that improve the customer and adjuster experience, in order to keep delivering value and keep itself at the front of market development.
