- Experienced leader of ERM in a scale up business
- Payment service experience and expertise in managing risks to ensure compliance with financial service regulations

What the job involves
- This is an interim role required for 6 months where you will lead Enterprise Risk Management and Control Assurance during a period of transition in the organisational structure
- Reporting to the Head of Operational Resilience and Incident Management, you will lead a team, initially of 3, but with the potential to be expanded
- You will be responsible for maintaining the risk management framework and risk appetite, ensuring it is in line with regulatory requirements and expectations
- You will engage widely with stakeholders responsible for risk management, controls, and incident management to monitor compliance, reporting issues to management and the Board
- You will lead the team responsible for second-line assurance over privacy and security controls and ISO certification
- You will be responsible for the control framework generally, including tooling and governance for control assurance

- Given the large number of hires we have been making in recent months, we have continuously reviewed both our hiring processes and channels to eliminate bias. We’ve introduced programs that attract diverse talent and we continuously seek to create hiring experiences that are fair, transparent and accessible by all
- We are working on creating a transparent framework for how we grow and develop talent in a scaling organisation. This will include bringing more clarity on internal career opportunities and provide clear expectations on the behaviours we want to see aligned to our values and commitment to building an inclusive organisation
- We have introduced systematic processes to help ensure compensation decisions are data-driven, fair and competitive. We have also invested in Reward capability and expertise to ensure we bring pay equity into every step of the employee journey
