Role
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup environment
- Strong technical skills and experience working with developer tools and APIs
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including TypeScript (NodeJS)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Located in Austin, Texas, and willing to work in the office three times a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)
- Have experienced managing and leading a team of engineers
Desirable
- Deep technical expertise in SDKs and Docs
- Experience creating technical content, such as documentation and tutorials
- Experience working in a distributed organization, and ability to collaborate with teams in different time zones and cultures

- We want people who are ready to take on some of the most challenging problems in the industry – from reliably handling millions of API requests per day, to architecting best-in class open-source SDKs and client libraries
- Design, develop, and maintain software using modern languages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various programming

- Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and provide
- Technical support when required
- Mentor and guide other engineers, promoting best practices in software development
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and maintainable systems
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into our

- Contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy of the company
