Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
3 to 5 years of public accounting or internal accounting experience
Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work and think independently, but also a team player with strong communication skills
CPA preferred
Experience with Sage Intacct or a general ledger software is a plus
Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills
Experience in the SaaS industry

What the job involves

Reporting to the Manager of Accounting, you’ll have the opportunity to join a dynamic and impactful finance and accounting department that has responsibility for accounting, reporting, treasury, accounts payables, accounts receivables and taxes
This position offers growth potential in a unique role in which you will interact with all areas of the business
Support timely completion of month-end close activities including account reconciliations, trend analysis, inter-company and post adjusting journal entries as needed
Support external auditors and specialists as necessary
Assist in the preparation of consolidated internal and external financial statements
Assist with sales and corporate tax compliance
Help ensure overall compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Drive process improvement and automate manual workflows
Utilize existing and potential accounting IT systems to facilitate processes and maintain records
Document and update key processes
