Solutions Engineer, Aircall

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with front-end and back-end development, REST APIs, webhooks, cloud architecture, and data analytics. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby) is a plus

• As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner closely with Sales Directors, Account Executives (AEs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) throughout the sales process and the entire customer lifecycle
• Your role will be instrumental in driving technical success by understanding customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless integrations of our platform
• [Technical Expertise and Solutioning]: Provide deep technical knowledge of Aircall's offerings, including our product capabilities, APIs, and integrations. Guide clients in designing and leading Proof of Concepts (POC) to showcase Aircall’s value in their specific context
• [Requirements Discovery and Solution Mapping]: Collaborate with prospects and clients to uncover technical requirements and map out how Aircall can integrate seamlessly with their existing tools and workflows
• [Demo and Presentation Delivery]: Deliver compelling demos and presentations that translate complex technical solutions into clear, understandable value propositions tailored to the audience's needs.[Internal and External Stakeholder Management]: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Partner Managers) and third-party partners to manage and influence the direction of deals and ensure successful technical implementations
