Product Analyst, Untamed

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to accurately stay on top of multiple parallel product development timelines and relationships
• Very good attention to detail (numbers, dates, and product codes)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong working relationships
• Interest in learning new processes and adapting to new work streams
• Experience/strong understanding of Excel or Google Sheets

• Existing and New Product Testing: We believe in the power of data. You will be in charge of managing continuous product testing processes
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse product and customer performance data to derive actionable insights, inform decision-making, and optimise strategies for growth
• Customer and Supplier Relations: Generate customer lists and produce email campaigns/sign up materials to gather participants. You will also work with our warehouses to ensure test samples are accurately compiled and distributed, as well to book delivery slots for incoming stock
• Warehouse Management: Resolving sales issues, reviewing customer information, and updating trackers & renewal information
