What the job involves
- ClickUp is looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to strengthen our Paid Social Channel and Campaign efforts
- Paid Social Strategy: Help manage a targeted paid social media strategy for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging paid social channels, aligning with our growth objectives and market positioning
- Campaign Optimization: Use your knowledge of audience targeting and bidding practices to enhance performance campaign results
- Creative Synergy: Work closely with our creative team to develop ads that capture attention and convert, while staying ahead of the curve with innovative approaches
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze and present recommendations based campaign results to leadership to help guide strategic alignment
- Conversion Excellence: Partner with the CRO team to optimize landing pages tailored to the unique demands of social media, maximizing conversions
- Unified Messaging: Ensure our paid social efforts complement and amplify our overall marketing strategy, maintaining cohesive branding across all channels
- Ownership and Ambition: Approach your role with an owner's mindset, eager to innovate and drive significant growth within ClickUp

Clickup provides a set of professional tools for collaborative project management, spreadsheets, document processing and workplace communication which are accessed from a single platform. In contrast to most of the austere, pared-back tools you might find in the workplace, it takes a playful approach, with its programs looking more like fun consumer-focused apps while still being fully-featured.
The company isn't alone in the workplace productivity market, counting Asana, Jira, Slack, and Monday among just a few of its competitors. However its advantage comes from its unified platform which encourages users to stay in ClickUp's ecosystem rather than look outside for other tools. Indeed, the vast majority of its users utilise three or more of its products. This has led to strong success in its market, with over 800,000 teams using the platform in enterprises such as IBM, logitech and Spotify.
ClickUp has been the beneficiary of a significant amount of investment, which it has used to develop its product and expand internationally. As it grows its footprint in Asia and Europe, where nearly half of its customers are based, it has also unveiled a new version of its platform which integrates AI writing and advanced search tools.
