Recruiting Coordinator, Maven Clinic

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a recruiting support role with at least 1 year of experience

Desirable

• We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent team on a contract basis
• You'll be the engine behind our interview process — keeping schedules tight, candidates informed, and recruiters unblocked
• This is a high-volume, high-impact role for someone who loves operational excellence and genuinely cares about the people moving through a hiring process
• Own interview scheduling end to end, across multiple roles and time zones simultaneously (75+ per week)
• Coordinate candidate travel and logistics where needed
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in Greenhouse and ModernLoop
• Serve as a warm, responsive point of contact for candidates throughout their experience
• Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep the process moving
• Spot inefficiencies and propose process improvements — we want your ideas
• Contribute to team projects that raise the bar on coordination quality and candidate experience
• Duration: 6 Months with an option to extend
