- As a Customer Success Client Partner at CAST AI, you are an entrepreneurial, independent and enterprise-style professional who is experienced in selling and managing customers in the cloud SaaS space, specifically in the following or adjacent industries: Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Cost Control, Cloud Security and DevOps tools
- Based in France, preferably Paris
- Proven experience in customer account management including execution of upsell, value realization and customer planning
- 5+ years of experience within Account Management
- Ability to identify key contacts, understand client needs, and tailor proposals to address those needs
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing, with a commitment to long-term customer satisfaction
- Experience with Kubernetes, sales lifecycle, and Cloud space is a significant plus
What the job involves
- Our Client Partners work closely with our existing customers to build long-lasting customer relationships and ensure increased adoption, quick value realization and long-term delight for each customer's journey
- Account Managers will also be tasked with upselling and cross-selling our existing and new solutions to their managed accounts and will be compensated accordingly based on these results
- As we continue our rapid global expansion, we are looking for growth-oriented Account Managers to join the team and maximise the phenomenal market opportunity that exists for CAST AI and our customers, with main responsibilities being:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure adoption, satisfaction and retention
- Account Growth: Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer accounts while driving revenue growth
- Onboarding and Training: work closely with our technical account managers to guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring they fully understand and adopt the company’s products within a well-defined and closely managed onboarding process
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor customer usage, health and risk scores, and performance KPIs to proactively address potential issues
- Collaborate closely with Sales, TAM team, R&D, Partners and more stakeholders across the company to ensure the growth and success of your accounts

Managing cloud deployments effectively to control costs has become a priority for organizations of all sizes. CAST AI drives cloud optimization and cost reduction by using AI and machine learning to analyze a company’s cloud environment to identify the resources required for maximum performance.
CAST AI’s platform supports all three major cloud service providers; Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services. When cloud providers have unused machines they are typically discounted by 60-70%, however, if AWS (for example) needs that machine back, they give little warning before reclaiming it. CAST AI is able to automatically detect this, and immediately replace it, meaning companies using its platform will never experience an outage of discounted machines.
As more enterprises embrace cloud technologies, CAST AI is a strong choice of provider as it provides customers with a unified, automated platform, making Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) more efficient and budget-friendly. The company has seen considerable investment that will be spent on attracting new customers, as well as helping to expand the CAST AI range of products.
