• At least 1-2 years of previous experience working within a B2B Sales or hospitality environment
• Ability to develop and nurture effective business relationships, whether face-to-face, or through video, phone or email
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Highly motivated, target driven individual with strong business acumen
• The confidence to take ownership and propose suitable solutions to our customers
• Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude and desire to find creative solutions for companies
• Passion for food, nutrition and wellness essential

Desirable

• You will be helping clients with their catering and events requests, recommending menus and vendors based on their needs
• End-to-end management of customer requests from existing and new clients. You will sit within the Operations team and work closely with our external stakeholders: customers and suppliers, as well as with our internal teams
• You will be the initial point of contact for new clients, helping them to understand our business model and identifying a suitable solution for their long-term needs. High-potential clients should be identified and passed onto sales to close a contracted catering opportunity or Cloud Canteen service (if applicable)
• All opportunities should be tracked effectively, to demonstrate win rate, loss rate and to allow for the account management team to chase their clients’ outstanding events
• The role will include managing event calendars for existing clients: helping clients plan their upcoming events and creating offers based on their scheduled events
