What the job involves
- Support People-and-Talent related initiatives by scheduling interviews and trainings, coordinating projects, and supporting the teams’ daily operations
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, including systems implementation, talent analytics, and process optimization
- Collaborate across teams to enhance the employee experience and drive efficiency; Help to organize employee recognition programs or events
- Balance creativity and logic to refine systems, improve workflows, and solve complex challenges
- Conduct research on HR or Talent Acquisition trends, best practices, or benchmarking against industry standards
- Develop communication, problem-solving, and people-enablement skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Our take
So far, the increasing institutional interest in the value of crypto-assets has been stymied by a lack of scaled, efficient, and secure infrastructure that these institutions could use for trade. Talos addresses the problem of digital asset trading between institutions, helping them to securely sidestep these obstacles into a fresh market with potentially huge returns.
The company provides a range of end-to-end, highly configurable tools to populate and facilitate the institutional crypto-asset market from just one platform. Talos' approach is helping to lower the bar for wide-ranging adoption of cryptocurrency, supporting the full lifespan of digital assets trading. That said, because they’re developing the market of an entirely new asset-class, progress is accelerated and competition may have a chance to overtake.
Promising for Talos was the interest of prominent investors like PayPal and Fidelity during their Series A funding round, with the funds being used to create an institutional-grade service to help them both shape and spearhead this developing market. More recently, the company has made a number of significant partnerships, and also acquired D3X Systems, the integration of which will allow its clients to design, validate, implement and manage highly customized portfolios.
