Role
Who you are
- You bring a track record of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or finance environment
- You have proven experience of successfully hiring for both technical (e.g., Software Engineering, Product) and commercial (e.g., Sales, Finance, Legal) roles
- You are a strategic partner who can consult, influence, and build strong relationships with senior hiring managers and C-level executives
- You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your strategy, measure success, and drive continuous improvement
- You are a proactive problem-solver, capable of self-directing your work, managing complex projects with ambiguous requirements, and handling unexpected challenges with minimal oversight
- You demonstrate an AI-first mindset, with experience leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and enhance outcomes in a professional environment

- You will be a strategic advisor to leaders across our commercial and technology functions. This is not just a recruiting role; you will own complex hiring challenges, shape recruitment strategy, and serve as a go-to expert for your stakeholders
- You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles, from software engineering and product to sales, investments, and legal
- Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will be trusted to navigate ambiguous requirements, self-direct your priorities, and design scalable solutions that enhance our hiring effectiveness. This role is pivotal in ensuring we hire the exceptional talent required to fuel our high-performance culture
- Act as a Strategic Advisor: Partner with hiring managers and leadership as a true talent consultant. You will coach them on best practices, hold them accountable for an outstanding candidate experience, and guide them to make robust, data-informed hiring decisions
- Own End-to-End Recruitment: Define and execute bespoke recruitment strategies for roles across our technology and commercial departments. You will manage the full lifecycle, from defining requirements and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing
- Drive Proactive Sourcing: Go beyond inbound applications to build and engage a strong pipeline of passive talent. You will leverage creative sourcing channels and market intelligence to attract the best candidates globally
- Leverage Data and Insights: Analyse recruitment data to identify trends, diagnose systemic issues, and propose process improvements. You will use insights to inform hiring strategies, manage stakeholder expectations, and enhance our overall effectiveness
- Champion Hiring Excellence: Contribute to strategic TA projects, such as designing and delivering company-wide interview training, refining our employer value proposition, and optimising our assessment methods to ensure we consistently raise our talent bar
- Integrate Transformative AI: Proactively identify and implement AI tools and methodologies to automate tasks, enhance decision-making, and scale our hiring capabilities, with your success being measured against these innovations
- Manage Complex Stakeholder Relationships: Build trust and credibility with senior leaders, navigating a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with a persuasive and consultative communication style

Our take
Many high-level investment opportunities are solely reserved for financial institutions. This means that top-tier equity funds are completely out of reach for most private investors. Moonfare solves this problem by giving individuals access to institution-level investing.
Moonfare's platform allows investors to participate in funding rounds offered by some of the biggest investing companies, including The Carlyle Group and Tiger Global. The company offers investment opportunities with investment minimums as low as €50,000, which is about 100x less than the traditional minimum. So, while not everyone can afford to make investments through the company, a much larger pool of people have the ability to enter private markets.
Moonfare is headed up by an impressive team of KKR, BlackRock, Amazon and J.P. Morgan alums, which adds significant credibility to its product. The platform has grown considerably since launching and more recently partnered with Fundcraft to enhance its digital infrastructure, automate fund administration, KYC, and capital call processes. This integration enables eligible investors to register and invest directly online in minutes, an exciting feat which will surely catch the eye of many investors.
