Role
Who you are
- 4-5 years of experience as a QA Engineer
- Experience testing frontend Web3 applications, dApps, wallets, smart contract integrations, or other user-facing blockchain experiences
- Experience testing frontend trading platforms, decentralized exchanges, financial dashboards, or other complex distributed applications with user-critical workflows
- Experience with both manual testing and test automation
- Proficiency in Typescript and experience developing or maintaining automation frameworks such as Playwright and internal tooling
- Experience with Playwright, Pytest, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, or similar technologies
- Experience testing and debugging REST, gRPC, WebSocket, or other API-driven systems
- Familiarity with blockchain transactions, wallet integrations, blockchain explorers, and smart contract interactions
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across multiple layers of the technology stack
- Ability to quickly learn new products, technologies, and domains with minimal guidance
- Comfortable contributing across different products, technologies, and layers of the stack rather than focusing on a single specialization
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently drive investigations from problem discovery through resolution
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity while applying sound engineering judgment and common sense
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and challenges

- We’re looking for a versatile Quality Engineer to help deliver reliable, high-quality experiences across a growing portfolio of Web3 products and blockchain innovations
- This role goes beyond traditional testing
- You’ll work across web applications, mobile experiences, APIs, blockchain integrations, trading systems, and internal tooling to help teams move quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality
- We’re looking for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, solving complex problems, and taking ownership in a fast-moving environment
- The ideal candidate is equally comfortable performing hands-on manual testing, building automation, investigating technical issues, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to improve product quality

- Perform manual, exploratory, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across multiple products and systems
- Design, build, and maintain automated tests and quality tooling using Python and modern testing frameworks
- Validate functionality across web applications, APIs, backend services, blockchain infrastructure, and protocol-level features
- Investigate issues across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and distributed systems
- Analyze logs, metrics, network traffic, and system behavior to identify root causes and quality risks
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
- Contribute to release validation, test strategy, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate testing, automation, investigation, and overall quality engineering productivity
- Support new products, features, and initiatives as business priorities evolve
- Assist with production investigations, incident analysis, and post-release validation when needed
- Proactively identify quality gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve product reliability and testing coverage
Our take
Financial institutions are increasingly turning to the potential of decentralized finance, using blockchain technology similar to that of cryptocurrency. However, development in that area is time-consuming and prohibitively expensive. Injective aims to bring traditional finance institutions together with the decentralized finance ecosystem by providing an optimized blockchain and numerous modules to support decentralized app development.
Although cryptocurrency and blockchain-related firms are struggling against strong economic headwinds, Injective remains bullish about the future of decentralized finance in the Web3.0 sector. Centralized exchanges are likely to remain vulnerable to liquidity and stability issues, and so users will look for infrastructure and tools that will allow them to have access to their finances at all times.
Injective also has substantial funding that it is using to develop new toolkits and upgrades for the Injective ecosystem, as well as to support developers on the platform. It is also investing in software engineering talent as well as marketing to promote community growth. These advancements for the company position it well to lead the charge in decentralized finance and drive innovation within the Web 3.0 space, making its future one of excitement.
